CLOUD SOLUTIONS. BUSINESS CLARITY.

Your next move.
A clearer cloud.

Connect your applications, protect your data, and make room for what’s next. Cloud thinking that starts with your business.

CONNECTED BY DESIGNIllustrative architecture
A connected cloud architectureBusiness applications connect to a central cloud platform, with connected storage and a protection layer. This is a conceptual illustration, not live infrastructure. BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Clear decisions. Connected systems. Room to grow.

01 / OUR SERVICES

The right foundation.
The next possibility.

Start with what your business needs to do.
Build the cloud around it.

These are proposed service areas. Availability, delivery scope and support terms are confirmed through discovery.

02 / BUSINESS FIRST

What’s your next move?

A useful cloud strategy solves a real problem.
Here are three places to start.

MODERNISE

Move applications.
Keep perspective.

Know what should move, what should stay, and what needs to change. Start with an application review and a staged migration plan.

Plan your move

PROTECT

Your data matters.
Plan for its return.

A backup is only part of the story. Consider retention, access and restore testing so recovery is an informed decision.

Discuss data protection

GROW

More ambition.
A considered foundation.

Prepare for changing demand with a view of capacity, costs and operational ownership that fits your next stage.

Explore your options

03 / HOW WE THINK

Less guesswork.
A clear way forward.

A proposed working process that makes space
for the right questions before the technical decisions.

  1. 01

    Understand

Map your goals, current systems, constraints and the people who depend on them.

    A shared starting point
  2. 02

    Plan

Compare options and agree the scope, responsibilities, risks and order of work.

    A practical roadmap
  3. 03

    Implement

Work through the agreed plan with validation, documentation and a considered handover.

    A deliberate transition
  4. 04

    Support & refine

Review the environment and agree how maintenance and future changes will be handled.

    Clarity on what comes next

04 / THE AVANTRIX PERSPECTIVE

Technology today.
A brighter tomorrow.

Our proposed service philosophy is simple: make the technology understandable, the responsibilities clear, and the next decision easier.

01

Clarity before complexity

Explain the options and their trade-offs in language your team can use.

02

Connection over isolated fixes

Consider applications, data, protection and people as parts of the same system.

03

Precision in the details

Define the scope and ownership so expectations have a shared reference point.

05 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make
things clearer.

Have another question?
Where should we start with a cloud migration?

Start with an inventory of applications, data, dependencies and access needs. Identify what a successful move means for your business, then plan the sequence, testing and rollback options before agreeing a migration window.

Do we need to move everything at once?

Not necessarily. A phased approach may fit better, and some systems may remain where they are. The right choice depends on application requirements, licensing, connectivity, budget and your team’s capacity.

What would be included in a service engagement?

The service areas on this page are a starting point for discussion. Deliverables, platform choices, timelines, costs and ownership would need to be agreed in a written scope. Support hours and response arrangements are also subject to agreement.

How should we think about backups and recovery?

Consider which data matters, how much recent work you could afford to lose, and how quickly operations need to resume. Those needs inform backup frequency, retention, storage location, access controls and restore testing. Recovery targets must be assessed and agreed; no guarantee is implied here.

What should we prepare for an initial discussion?

A short description of your business goal, current environment, main concern and preferred timing is enough to begin. Avoid sharing passwords, access keys or sensitive customer data in an initial enquiry.
